A video on Workshop for a Future Earth Japan Strategic Research Agenda

What can be the key issues for Japan to prioritize towards a sustainable society?  How can it be co-designed with stakeholders? A new video shows an approach the Research Institute for Humanity and Nature has taken.

From January 21-22, 2016, a multi-stakeholder workshop took place in Kyoto, Japan, to discuss a Japan Strategic Research Agenda for Future Earth. 40 participants from governments, industry, NPOs, and researchers gathered to examine 645 candidate research topics collected through prior questionnaires and interviews, and identify priority research themes and topics for Japan for a sustainable future.
