International symposium: Decision Science for Future Earth
Institute of Decision Science for a Sustainable Society (IDS3), Kyushu University, organizes an international symposium to highlight their achievement and challenges in their work to develop transdisciplinary science on environments, disaster, health, governance and humanity in the fields spanning from Bangladesh, Cambodia, Indonesia to Korea and Japan.
The organizer writes:
We are developing projects in collaboration with various stakeholders who are facing with serious problems of illegal logging of tropical forests, restoration after disasters, health care in villages without a doctor, local community development under rapid population decline and many others.
