Dhanya Gopi has joined Future Earth as a Science Officer with a specialisation in Atmospheric Science, possessing strong expertise in air pollution, atmospheric chemistry, and greenhouse gas (GHG) emission inventory. Her work spans air quality monitoring, climate–health linkages, and environmental data modelling using advanced analytical tools such as Python, R, MATLAB, and GIS platforms. She is currently working on contributing to SDG-3-aligned research on air pollution exposure and public health outcomes. She has previously worked with the National Institute of Advanced Studies on national GHG inventory development for India and has been associated with projects on climate data analysis, earth system interactions, and air pollution modelling under collaborative initiatives with national research institutions. She has authored and co-authored several peer-reviewed journal publications and conference papers in the areas of atmospheric chemistry, ozone photochemistry, trace gas emissions and health.
